Shipping Information

LEXMINĀ® provides reliable shipping methods to ensure timely delivery, usually taking 3 to 5 days.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the product and destination. Specific details will be provided during the checkout process.
You will receive timely notifications via text, email, or other channels, providing details about the delivery partner and tracking ID.
One of our team members will call you before sending the parcel. At that time, you can cancel the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Open packages only after payment.

In case of a payment failure, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within a specified timeframe.

Return & Refund Policy

Yes, refunds are provided under certain conditions.
Returns are accepted only if the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. This ensures the integrity and safety of the products being resold.
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges. We do not offer cash refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Opened products, final sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
